migraine attacks while i sleep. have this happened to u? why is this happening?

i had 4 migraine attacks in the past month and all starts while I sleep. It's very painful. what causes it?help

Answers:
It could be your insulin levels changing while you sleep. Are you diabetic? It could also be decreased oxygen levels caused from sleep apnea. I would go see my doc and tell him/her what's going on. Keeping a log of when and what time it happens would be good information for doc to know.

u need more water in ur system so ur blood circulate normally in ur brain.
