I have Paranoid Personality Disorder and OCD. What treatment(medication) should I take to treat this?

You need to have a proper assessment by a suitably qualified mental health professional. If you don't understand what treatment you need than who made your diagnosis? Or did you do some research and diagnose yourself? There is huge discontent among medical professionals whether most personality disorders are simply a label for a particular behaviour rather than a treatable condition. Your obsessive compulsions are an anxiety problem and could possibly be treated by a suitably trained cognitive behavioural therapist who gets to the root of the issue rather than you just popping pills to dull the symptoms but not really dealing with the issue thats causing it. Get a proper assessment and consider counselling as a treatment option as well as medication.

I took Lexapro for a while and it helped a ton. When I stopped it though my symptoms were much worse than before I started it and I developed anxiety attacks.
you need to discuss your treatment options with your doctor. There are many types of meds and also many doses. you and your doctor will have to source it out together and thru trial and error find the one that works best for you and at what dosage.
also- consider a support group for yourself and a support group for families of OCD sufferers so your family can get the support they need also. your level of support at home is directly linked to your level of health and reccurances etc.

Prozac and some other SSRI's (usually prescribed for depression) are useful for the OCD. You probably won't find a medication for a personality disorder--that would be best treated by engaging in psychotherapy.
