i;ve been accussed of touching a young girl, whitch i never did passed polygraph test?

shes only 9yrs old and i cant believe she would lie about such a horrible thing? im like her uncle i believe she is jealous,cause im there alot her dad works away alot, and i think she resents me 4 that

If false, they are a "kids" reasoning and you (and others) may never understand "why" she did it. Maybe someone else is abusing her and she is using you to send a message to them (told you it wouldn't make sense)


Even if she changes her story down the road and it turns out you didn't touch her - you are now a marked man and will have to be very careful who you interact with and how.
This same type of thing happened to a best friend of mine, we were on a week long fishing trip with 5 other friends (adults several years older than us and unrelated) during the date of "abuse". He went to prison anyway because, as noted by another respondent, he was thought to be guilty no matter what other facts got in the way. (no hair/sperm/DNA stuff)
Even though I have this knowledge (of kids lies) ..for you. - I don't know you - doubt creeps in. I don't know the details (and I don't want to), if you did something, please get help for both of you.
If you didn't, then I wish I could hug you and say the truth will come out and all will be well. But the truth is, it may not and even if it does. your life will never be the same - you will want it to be. but it will be different.
How you work through that fact, the pain, the hurt, the betrayal of friendship (which is a form of love) and loss of friends it is the true mark of the type of person you are.

the polygraph test is pretty accurate, unless you are trained to pass a polygraph test even when you are lying. i doubt many people are given such training. so since you have passed the test, this is a great sign, and you should just move on with your life. i know that she is yr niece and it will be really awkward with the family relationship issues, but you should try and stay away for now. she might make the claims again. and by the way, what if someone else told her to say such things about you, perhaps bcoz they were having serious problems with you? it might not be the little girl, after all, look deeper into it. it will get better eventually, keep on smiling ok=)

polygraph is not admissable in court so no help there. hope you didnt do it cause if you did you need to go to jail.
gawd thats prety bad. the only way you can get out of the mess is if the child confesses that she is lying. other wise ifur in the same room as her make sure someone else is there aswell so no more accusations can be thrown around. although someone should tell her its serious throwing around those kind of accusations if they arent true. Dude id just keep away.
If in your heart of hearts you know this is not true , then be comforted by that ,and realize that even if people don't believe you , GOD knows the truth !
Some times it has happened that child is looking for attention , they have no clue how such a lie can ruine someones life .
I truly hope that the entire truth comes out for every ones sake . If it does turn out that this child lied , I hope she is reprimanded
for her actions ! If you are guilty I hope you also get what is due you !
