Ive had anxiety for 14 years .. and have tried everything you can imagine..from ant depressives, Drs, Mental health specialists, cytologist. you name it.. In the early years because i did not know what was happening to me i thought i was going mad and was terrified.. they said i was having anxiety and panic attacks,,what do they know .. they just give you a tablet and send you home.. you then get to see a community nurse who tells you, your not going to die.. My turn around point was a hypnotist , that made me good for about a year, then it came back , and then a cytologist made me realise i could only help myself.. Anyway ive struggled on .. never been off work through it and i will not let this ever take over my life as it did 14 years ago .. i have good and bad days.. i don't take any medication now .. was on lustral for 10 years. i now get acupuncture once a month from a lady i found off yell.com.. and i go to her home .. and i also bought the Lindon method which helps too .......xxx
i still don't know what the question is
do you mean me as my id is princess s?whats question?
Ah right, well in that case, if it's back, you really need to see the doctor, no point beating about the bush. Read the side effects of your medication too to get a better understanding of what to look out for. Perhaps the dose is a bit much for you. Only your doc knows you well enough to decide that though. So get an appointment and get on the road to recovery. Best of luck.

This is Princess415 homepage, but I don't see an address where you can contact her directly. I believe that in her previous reply to you regarding the "tightness in your head," she may have been suggesting that your medication may be causing side effects, and you should consult your healthcare provider immediately for consultation as to whether you should discontinue it, reduce the dosage, or switch to another antidepressant which does not give you side effects, but will treat your depression.
