I get sad whenever i.?

Recently my mom had to move away because she didn't have a visa and i am only 15. I get sad whenever i think of her and i'm starting to lose motivation to cook for myself. Sometimes i just drink juice all day to make me feel somewhat full. I also get nervous and sad when i think about going to school and having to cook lunch before hand and breakfest. Sometimes dinner to when my roommate is gone and can't cook for me And even if i do cook, i don't feel like eatin it. How do i get over this semi-depression kind of thing? It's killing me and i don't know how long i can keep on going like this, (thankfully my mom is coming back to visit in decemeber but that's still 3 MONTH to live through), How do i keep on going, and hopefully feel happy, safe and loved?
Please give me serious answers and i'd like to "treat" this naturally aka like walking or whatever.

Start thinking about the day when you and your Mother are reunited. Do you want to be sick then or able to do things to help your Mom? The best thing you can do for you Mom right now is stay alive.

Exercise is actually beneficial
stop thinking about yourself.. you are being selfish. YOUR MOM WILL BE BACK IN THREE MONTHS. suspose you are no longer here when she returns. what about her feelings.. her pain. her guilt. you need to snap out of this.. and how old is your roommate for heaven's sake?
there is a condition called situational depression. it's different from clinical depression in the sense that it's not a permenant disorder. it can be treated and once you feel better (most of the time after taking medicine and going to therapy), you can stop treating it because (in a sense) you're "cured."
lots of people suffer from situational depression when someone close to them dies, they go through a divorce (either them or their parents), or they are under larger than normal amounts of stress. Your mom leaving could be the catalyst for your depression. You do need to seek professional help to be properly diagnosed, though.
As for treating your depression naturally, there are many herbal supplements that claim to treat depression.I suffer from bipolar disorder (manic depression illness) and have tried alot of them over the years to control the depression side of my illness. From personal experience and research after the fact, I found that herbals didn't really help me very much. And after talking to doctors about it later, I found that the FDA doesn't necessarily approve those drugs for that use. In addition, drs. have told me that with herbals, you really don't know what EXACTLY is contained in those meds.
Exercise is a natural way to control depression.when you exercise enough to raise your heart rate, a natural chemical is released in your blood stream called endorphins.Endorphins are hormones in your body that can affect emotions to the positive side. Oh, and in addition, endophins also affect pain sensation.
I highly reccomend that you seek the help of a mental help professional. If for no other reason than to be absolutely sure that your depression is situational and not clinical.
Please let us know how things are going in the future for you.I hope that your life gets easier throughout the next few months. Oh, and even when you're not feeling hungry, you should at least eat something. You could suddenly find yourself in a very precarious unhealthy state and that could make it even harder to recover from your depression.
