my heart starts beating, I literally feel like I am going crazy or dying. What is that?

Answers:
Anxiety. I use to go thru' that, i felt like i was going to have a heart attack or lose control, faint/die/ i thought i had some sort of sickness. I went to emergency rooms but they could never find anything wrong with me. I went like that for several years, in time i learned to control it, i still have them from time to time but not as often.

panic attacks

see your doc
I get the same thing if I stand up quickly. Often I fall over after it. Doctors say it's because I've got a loop in the vain in my neck restricting blood flow.
have your magnesium level checked
You should ask this question to a doctor. Speculation will not help you.
thats exactly what i feel on the rare occasion. it is pure hell. but one usually gets over them. it is called a panic attack, and there are meds to control the frequency of them. ive had a panic attack that last over a month. it was pure hell. it involved obsessive complusive thoughts that i could not get out of my head. thank god i got over it. i didn't think i would and that i would be trapped in that condition forever, but always remember .. this too shall pass,,,, and there are effective medicines out there that help.
you are having panic/anxiety attacks. go to your doctor and tell him how you are feeling he can prescibe something to help it calm down.if you are under alot of stress this can alson trigger these attacks try reducing your stress level by exercising walking etc it will help you feel better!!
get a full physical with bloodwork to rule anything else out- but it sounds like panic attacks.
These are symptoms of Panic Disorder. Panic Disorder includes recurrent, out of the blue, panic attacks. The symptoms of panic attacks are numerous, but include the 'depersonalization,' light headedness, feelings/fears of dying, racing heart rate, and feelings/fears of going crazy, in addition to shaking/trembling, sweating, tightness in the chest or throat, and feeling faint.

Seeing a cognitive behavioral psychologist is your best bet if you'd like to alleviate your symptoms. CBT will help you to understand how your physical sensations are interpreted as catastrophic, and will expose you to these symptoms so that you become habituated to (or used to) them and no longer have such intense feelings. Good Luck!
