Has anyone gone through Lucinda Bassett's 15-week course "Attacking Anxiety and Depression?"?
I bought it and it doesn't seem to be doing much for me but it comes so highly recommended so maybe it's just me!! Anyone else with feedback on this program? Their message board is really helpful so I almost hate to send it back but it seems like it stresses me out more than helps me at this point.

I listened to all the tapes and read through the material a few years ago. You may be like me when it comes to anxiety. I like to read a lot about what can help me. But I have a hard time taking an "action" on any of the recommendations. She gives you so much information it is a little overwhelming. I would recommend taking one thing each day she recommends and do an action on it. Such as eating healthy. Try eating healthy for one meal every day for a week. Or maybe try a short walk for 15 minutes a day for a week. You can keep reading all the stuff while you are taking these small actions. It actually took years and years for me to learn this one lesson about taking actions from a very good friend of mine. He would say to me "stop talking about what you want to do and take one action, right now". So I would say it's not you at all. It is human nature to have a difficult time changing our habits into healthy habits. I "know" a lot of the right stuff to do, but I have a hard time "doing" it.
Nope, never used it. But I bought one of her books and I thought it was very helpful. I thought the 15 week course was very expensive.
I bought it, but I haven't listened to any of the tapes yet. I have been taking some natural products for the last 5 years and I haven't had an attack of anxiety or depression since then.
