Why does most of my dreamin involve me thinkin I can see spiders/insects crawlin near me it always gets me up?

I've heard about major alcoholics seeing spiders crawl over them?

My Daughter suffers from this when she has got a temperature. Keep your room well ventilated and try a herbal sleeping tablet to keep you more relaxed.
I have narcolepsy, and my main fear, subconsciously I guess is spiders. I wake up out of a "dream" and actually feel like they are right above me. If it's interfering with your daily life maybe I go in and see your doc. they can maybe precribe and anti-depressant of seom sort to take before bed time.
