You just always have to have positive thoughts in your head if you want to get positive results. If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, physically give your head a shake and try to change your thought pattern after that.
I believe that having positive thoughts brings positive results. I am a very optimistic person and I can always make the best out of any situations. I believe this is because I write a journal of everything I am thankful for, everything I dream of having and everything I wish to accomplish. It gives me goals and motivation.
Positive affirmations are just trying to get you to internalize how other people see you, not as you see yourself. We can be our own worst critic, or our own best enthusiast. You have to choose which one you want to be for yourself.

My 4 children are acting better.after putting up a 'HUGS' poster.explaining how they are cheap and make you feel better, and have no limit.stuff like that.
