What is Telekynesis? How does it work? How can this skill be improved?
I have heard that Telekynesis is a skill with which one can read minds, create illusions, predict things and levitate objects.
Please give me an answer soon. I really want to know about it.

To be specific, "telekinesis" (also known as "psychokinesis") refers to the ability to move objects with the power of thought.
I hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing. Sleight of hand artists and illusionists can do some fascinating tricks, but in the end, that's all there is.
It's also worth noting that anyone able to perform psychokinesis under controlled conditions would be eligible to win the Randi $1 prize, but no one has managed to do so, or even pass the preliminary testing.
Good short history here:
Telekinesis is a psionic ability associated only with transporting objects. Communicating with other people is known as telepathy. Neither of them actually work outside of science fiction stories.
Telekynsis is the ability to move things with your eyes. If you would like to see how it works a good example would to be to watch the movie Carrie.
