I spent all weekend in this part of "Answers" and now I'm?
Answers:
I only started doing answers and stuff last night but have been running a group for women that have bipolar for nearly 4 years now and it never brings me down. I do worry for some of the people but knowing that is there life and not yours and keeping them apart always works for me.
Sure, we need to get out a move.
I would try not to spend too much time in this section. You get some people who give reasonable responses, but some who either give a sarcastic or a totally unrelated response ... "eh" is not really a response to a question. Getting a response about how painful something might be does not answer a question about how necessary it might be.
Try visiting other communities to cheer yourself up.
Getting comments from "physician assistant" who sounds just like some of the doctors out there that make us question their credibility is definately depressing.
I am depressed anyways, in a rut, and I come to AnyQA.com for communication.but it doesn't help.
try other things that might be of interest to you. When you focus on one thing like this is utterly rediculous.
Limit yourself to a certain number of questions, or a fixed time, before going somewhere else for an hour or so; that's what helps me. Practice meditation, Tai Chi and/or yoga.
well, not really. i can relate to a lot of these questions . this is where people can express how they feel and let others help them by giving their own opinion.
I don't get depressed. I feel bad for people at times who are reaching out for help and if I can give them a little I feel good. Plus it's great to know you aren't the only one who feels the way you do. I find out out about different people's stories and feel like we all help each other, I go in the other sites sometimes, But it seems I also end up back in mental health!
