How do YOU unWind at Work?

I'm looking for tips and suggestions on how to de-stress while at work.

some people read a short while when they get a break or just sit quietly
Myspace addiction! I tend to stop working all together though!lol
I played cards or went on the internet cause i was bored at a desk all day. Or i would draw and leave it for the customers to see.
I would also play music.usually whatever was playing on the internet radio station.
Music to calm down i use the meditation music just llike classical! it sooths the soul and eases the mind!
i also keep a zen garden at my desk for a break/releif

some other things to do is to take a break! Get up walk away from your desk and sit some where else for 5 minutes and just close your eyes!

start a thing where you meet up with someone like durning break and you all vent out things and just laugh it off!

i take lotion breaks grab a nice sented lototion and rub in on my arms and hands and relax that way.

hope i gave you a few ideas!
oh papper shredding is a good one just grab a peice of paper and rip it again and again!

go outside and take a brisk walk around the building.
Have you tried a little meditation on your breaks? Deep breathing exercises work and so does soft music, not loud headbanging music, soft music. Not the classical stuff just soft music playing low. It will destress you.
I listen to music, usually it's classic rock.something like Steve Miller Band or Tom Petty or something. I also surf the net and catch up on the news. I alos have to agree with the Myspace addiction.LOL.
Get up walk around. Take deep calming breathes. If I can a quick walk outside 5 minutes max or look out the window. Avoid caffiene after 10am.
Just listening to music. When in a rage, Joe Satriani or Dream Theater. To calm down after that, Enya and New Age Jazz.

Do some stretching to release some of the tension cause by doing something for a relatively long time. Or just walk around your floor for like 5 minutes..gets your mind of your work
