Answers:
Sometimes rainy weather can bring on the blues or even just a pile up of life in general.
Try getting out and doing something different, with or without a friend. Try thinking about your good points and even some things that have tickled your funny bone in the past.

The best remedy: Become a volunteer with the group of your choice. The blues will go away fast.

I do feel that way sometimes as well, mostly when there is not anything new or exciting happening. Maybe it is just life.
Many family practice doctors or doctors of internal medicine will prescribe anti-depressants. A visit to one might not cost as much as you think.
Everybody feels that way sometimes. It is unnatural to be happy and in good spirits all the time. What you are feeling is perfectly normal. Don't worry.
It sounds like typical depression. The only thing is going to the doctor and getting a mild anit-depressent. If money is the problem you could always use the internet to do research about the different pills to treat it and get the pills over the internet from Canada. I don't suggest it because you don't know which one will work for you. Or you can see if there have been studies done to treat depression with out pills. There might be some kind of herbal things. Good Luck!
It has to do with two things: psychological and physiological. Everybody feels down every once in awhile. That's psychological. The brain however, needs to be properly nourished, thats physiological. Research the proper foods as to how to feed your brain properly. Also, see if you can go to a mental health specialist. Go to a state one and tell them that you feel depressed. If possible, they'll give you either Paxil or LexaPro. Thats brain food as well.
I'm no expert, but my guess is that since you don't know why you're down in the dumps, it's probably physiological. I know you can't afford a doctor, but some states have services that you can go to and pay for on a sliding scale. That is, if you earn more, you pay more, and if you earn less, you pay less.

Anyway, don't take drugs without at least some advice from a doctor. In the meantime, one thing that really helped me was taking refined sugars out of my diet, and increasing my fiber and protein. Exercise helps, and really hard work or working on a project.
