I've had those days. It feels bizarre when it happens, but it's nothing to worry about. Actually, PMS symptoms do occur 2 weeks before the period, so your hormones are probably out of whack. Nothing is wrong; you're human! :-)

It happens.could be PMS creeping up, some women have it alot worse than others. Could be that you're depressed..join the club. Or you simply could just be having one of those days.and we all have them. Hope you get to smilin' again soon, though..take care!

well, you could be overworked r stressed, dont worry about it. for now.. but if it gets more frequent, you might want to consult your doctor, you might have depression or something
