Do people who suffer from depression really see Grey -don't they see colours or does the place look dark?
Answers:
well i can only speak for myself.i don't literally see grey i see the colors they just aren't bright. everything blurs together. most days i am surprised when it is sunny out. i expect it to be gloomy outside to meet my mood. it's weird.
I think they're recollection may be grey. Perhaps when they are replaying depressing thoughts in their head.
I don't think there's any physical change in their eyesight- it's more a sense of color relating to emotion. Like when someone's in love, "colors seem brighter." Not literally, but the vividity of their emotions may emphasize certain aspects of what they see or remember.

there's no physical change in how their eyes work. still see normal.
Well, I didn't notice it at the time, but when I remember being depressed, suddenly everything is much paler and darker in my mind. But, I am a synesthesiac, so I relate everything to clour anyway.
No they do not see grey they see colors they same as you do. . It is like a gray cloud is over them, but they are not seeing gray. There is something called bipolar disorder. It is also called manic depression. The person can also have a manic excited state as part of the cycle. In that part of the state people actually see colors more vividly. They will look brighter and more vibrant than they would to a nomal person. You might see a manic person wearing bright red lipstick. They might wear really loud looking clothes because they think they look great. This in when they are in their manic state however which is the opposite of their depressive state. There is a person on here who even has an avitar that looks manic. It probably looks really great to her.
Well I think The person depression Has turned into a Anxiety Disorder
