For me, about two weeks after starting Wellbutrin, I got blinding (!!) headaches all day long, but they tapered and stopped after a week. My doctor said it was a getting used to it problem. However, if it's bugged you for a while you may need to switch.
What I did in the meantime was 2 Tylenol gel caps every 4 hours, and lay down with a cool compress of washcloth rolled up that has a cucumber melon scent product inside.
I am still after some time a little more prone to headaches than before, but not nearly so bad as it was, it's manageable.
Good luck, I know it sucks bad, but for me was worth it in the end :)
