Is there any stage, in which mad people don't recognize their close relations?

Answers:
Mad?
Demented people, yes.
Huntington's
Alzheimer's
Pick's Disease
Delirium
All of those patients and some others can end up not being able to recognize their loved ones.

possibly, i know it happens with altzhimers.
Yes, they can even forget where they are .
Mad.I am not mad. I have several mental health illnesses. There are times I do not recognize the fact that I have close relations or friends. Isolation seems to be the key.
I guess you mean people with some form of dementia. Yes, there is a stage in which they don't recognize their family. It is part of the memory loss. They remember what happened many years ago, but not recent things. They often forget they had children and think they are young again. That stage is very sad and difficult for the whole family.

I hope this helps.
depends on your definition of mad, but yeah, ive seen it. theyve been drunk tho. ive been pushed to being that way when someone wanted to fight and would not let me out of it, but i think it was more fear and the survival instinct than anger. i was oblivious to my surroundings including people. my mom could have been there and i woudnt have seen her. i kicked ***, it was over in a matter of seconds and i was looking at this unconcious bloody guy on the ground realizing that i had lost control of everything. that was 20 some years ago and it bothers me to this day. im so laid back that my friends cant even imagine me being violent. if it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. its the emotion at the time, if it can take you over, and it can, there is a stage.
