Each day I get up, reguardless of where i am going. I get up at a descent hour. Fix my hair, put on a little make up and dress neatly. I never wear slouch clothes( except to bed) because then I feel bad all day. I always turn on some good music. And try to think of some good things in my life. I went through a really tough time, I was depressed and all I wanted to do was sleep. I finally made up my mind to try my best to live each day to the fullest.

Remember people are only human, they will undoubtedly disappoint you. You cannot control that. However you can control how you react to that. I also pray and read my bible. I like the psalms. Whatever you like is good. Try surrounding your self with people who cheer you up. Avoid people who have a tendency to bring you down or make you feel poorly whenever possible. Remember to smile. Remember to laugh. Take joy in your family and friends. Be thankful for the small things.

i suggest to make your self more busy with your job or some sport or reading books.
You may want to have the doctor check you for hyperinsulinemia (search www.mayoclinic.com for more info). If you do have high insulin, it may cause other hormonal imbalances that may impact on your brain's ability to promote your own happiness and well being.

Feel free to e-mail me if you have questions.
I keep myself very busy so I don't dwell on misery which is very easy to do.
