Yes, do not let this get out of hand, it sounds like the beginning of bulimia or anorexia. Please, pray on this and do not let it manifest you are good to be afraid..join a gym and let some of the guys there help you lose weight and transfer it into muscle.
I would be concerned if I were you, this could easily turn into an eating disorder but if you take control of it now you may be able to avoid being a chronic bulimic.
r u excercising right after u eat? if u are u may want to do it before u eat to get ur metabolism to speed up. u may just be upsetting ur stomach if u excercise afterwards and it dosn't work as well. if excercising before eating dosn't help i would seek out a profesional though
omg u need sum help, go see a counsoler
If you are "slightly overweight" than don't eat sweats and exercise a little. Don't throw up - someone taught you, right? Well, you can die doing that. Throwing up discolors your teeth and hurts your throat. You don't want throat cancer, do you?
You have an eating disorder. Seek professional help.
have strong will power , if you get the urge to binge eat stop. And if you over eat and have that urge think about how you got that uncomfortable feeling to begin with but DO NOT throw up, learn from it. exercise is healthy in moderation, but you need to stop vomiting because it will only get worse and before you know it you are out of control. Have the strength to tell your self NO more. You are a beautiful person, Wishing you the very best,
It sounds like you're putting pressure on yourself to maintain or achieve an ideal weight-- almost everyone feels that way on occasion, and there is a growing epidemic in the U.S. because many feel the need to achieve this ideal, which can be hard to come by.
It also sounds like you may be developing a "disorder" in the sense that you may not have the control you want in terms of your eating. It's okay to overeat on occasion, but you have put so much pressure on yourself that doing it even once caused you to feel the need to purge yourself. It sounds to me like you might benefit from speaking to a counselor or perhaps sitting down and truly thinking about what kind of weight you would like to be. Also think about the other, more healthy alternatives you could pursue to achieve this weight besides forcing yourself to throw up.
I imagine you may be hard on yourself at times, but the fact that you're aware of a possible eating disorder puts you a step above many others and is a good sign that you will be able to nip this in the bud.
Again, speak with someone who may be able to listen to you problem and help come to a conclusion to help prevent it from getting worse.
Good luck!
