Any mental health organizations/housing that train homeless men in becoming staff members?
I work for a homeless shelter that trains the residents to work with individuals with mental illness. They become managers of local Safe Havens, dealing with the clients day-to-day, helping them to live independently and creating a home-like environment. I'm looking for any other organizations that run similar programs to bounce ideas off. Thanks.
