Hmm.. I don't think that your "sixth sense" is something you can improve because it's just supposed to occur naturally. So whether or not you even have a sixth sense or not, don't try to do anything to it becuase it most probably won't work. Just be normal.
There are some good websites out there that can help a lot. Try some yahoo groups to. Just do a search under the topic.

A massive boost in this direction is if you get attuned to Reiki. Check in your area there might be a Reiki Master. Again there are yahoo groups that will attuen you for free. I am a Reiki Master and can suggest a group called reiki_roots (or very similar) where they attune for free and they are reputable and it works. First research a bit on Reiki though. Internet has many good sights. My sixth senses ( I beleive there is more that one) developed very quickly once attuned to these universal energies.

buy a stone called Selenite it's white and if you scatch it with you finger nail it will chip off easily. Keep it in the sunshine inthe day time and put it under your pillow at night it's to highten your intuition. Meditate at least once a day. Go to Chapters look in the occult or spiritual section were they sell tarot cards and such or another book store and start reading about divine powers and how to increase them. It takes some time but eventually it can happen
Eat a vegetarian diet, get exercise and enough sleep. Then read this book----



I am serious. If you want to hone your third eye this will do it. It has worked for me.
You really need to get to know yourself.Trust the "feelings" you have.You know how you walk in a room and somethings just not right?If your comfortable enough look around and find out why things may not be right.Maybe your sensitive to friends having an argument etc.Of course if you feel real bad get out quickly.It's amazing what you can discover about yourself and others!♥
