do people out there who suffer panick attacks also have;?

a problem with there back, lungs or other ailment, iam trying to do my own research because i have strong doubts this is in my head.

They do not always have physical ailments. There are physical illnesses that have symptoms that mimic panic attacks.

panic attacks are brought on by many different things such as pain fear depression etc, but it is a physical ailment its not in your head,,, and you can get disability for it, it can ruin your life if you let it
well stress can cause alot of problems..i have panic attacks and when i used to get them very bad i would always have muscle tightness which would cause me pain. Also depression can cause physical pain too. And what kind of problems are u talking about in ur lungs. During a panic attack u might have trouble breathing.
panic attacks can be fixed it's in you head it can not heart you. go to a psychiatrist, hypnotherapy can help you. seeing a psych dose not mean you are mentally sick OK. there is medication that can relax you. www.panic attack.com.
