How can i lose weight besides starving mysefl,purging and overexercising?

I have been anorexic for awhile and i have doen just about everything to lose weight im kind of sick of starvingmyself and everyuhting and i hate purging and i no longer have the energy to exercise all the time so how can i lose weight without futher damaging my body

stuff urself on veggies, fruits, low fat/ and low sugar cereals. dairy products (i once read an article that stated that women who eat at least 5 daily portions of low fat dairy products had a flatter stomack, thinner waist) so go ahead and have cheese for dessert instead of a brownie:P there was another study where women who eat breakfast daily were thinner than those who skipped it. have a big breakfast, 2 eggs, a tomato, a portion of cheese and a smoothie (1fruit + a cup of milk+ a table spoon of honey) and u won't be hungry until lunch. át lunch eat a big portion of protein, veggies, some pasta or bread or rice, and a salad. dinner time have some low fat white meat with veggies, salad. if u feel hungry in between, have a yogurt, or cheese with a couple slices of low fat smoked meat and drink plenty of water. try to walk to do ur groceries or rent a movie instead of using ur car.
i've been eating like this for over 2 years now, and lost more weigh than ever. also i'm healthier.

When I wanted to lose a lot of weight I used to just take Paracetomal. No idea why but when I was taking a couple a day the weight just starting falling off.
Exercise before breakfast. Eat your breafast. This is the most important meal to keep your metabolism high. Eat a small healthy meal every 2 hours. Remember a healthy diet combined with exercise is the most effective way for weight loss. Be consistent.

my gym has an infared sauna.you burn from 600-800 calories in a half hour just sitting there reading a book..to give you a comparison..you burn 587 calories, running a marathon. a regular sauna would probably help too.
