THis morning I woke up with a burning behind my right breast radating into my right shoulder?

Blade,my right arm and hand also feel odd,I am having trouble seeing,dizzy as usual I took my xanax its not helping,I wonder if this new medicine could cause this(Propranolol) I have a burning headache on the right side,do you think this is all my anxiety? it hurts betweeen my breastbone too?

I don't know, that don't sound right. Maybe you should talk to a doctor
sometimes galstones can present themselfs as other things , if you still have a gall bladder have it checked , if you dont you might have a virus or infection if you think its your heart to get checked
Go see your doctor, or go to the Emergency Room. It's better to be safe than sorry.
