When you look into your own eyes in the mirror what do you see?

i see sadness, and tiredness!

I feel pathethic and supid and I remember painful memories.

Thats not good, the eyes are the key to your soul. If you ever want to know what someone's thinking, cover the rest of their face with your hands and look at their eyes only. Then youll see how they really feel.

I see myself reflected back. my eyes are really dark and all I get is a curved reflection of myself and my surroundings. however, I see sadness, sleepiness, and sorrow at times. or maybe i THINK i see that.

This is actually an exercise that I used to do when I was participating in a positive attitude course , when if you are trying to become a better person and you have good self esteem you can actually see your entire body very tiny in your eyes .
