with my racing thoughts and forgetting wich is bad at the moment wich makes me panic is there a way of looking

at this problem to make it easier on my mind and to deal with? plus at the moment im sucked into myspace and giving it a supernatural name. the point is, how would i know if im losing touch with reality and becoming delusional.? plus if in your life youve had alot of trauma and been deeply wounded by people, psychologically and emotionally, like being bullied at school when you were younger, being harrassed in the street by gangs in the more recent past, how do you forgive people, wen u have so much incredible anger?

Answers:
You need to book to see your doctor as soon as possible and describe your exact feelings to them as only they can give you the help you need they can assess your mood and prescribe the correct meds and counselling you desperately need. As for forgiving the people who have hurt you so badly this will take a great deal of time and work through your therapy sessions. I wish you all the luck in the world.You will get through this.

Honey life goes on even if you were bullied. Don't panic at least try not to. If you have had a lot of trauma in your lifetime don't fret try to forget about the past and go forward in your life. If you were truly having a panic attack you would feel sweaty, feel closed in, feel like you are having a heart attack and just feel plain old sick. I would suggest that if you are having panic attacks that you see your family doctor or a psychiatrist to get you on some meds to help you out. Talking to a therapist can help too. It can't hurt to try alright. It certainly can't hurt at this point.
