this question was answered yesterday - did you not get the answer you wanted, so you are trying again

go see your doctor, before you end up causing yourself unwanted withdrawl symtoms

don't go off of it on ur own accord..you'll go crazy and uncontrably start freaking out on everyone.
my dad did, they were giving him the shakes, and he wasn't depressed anymore so the doctor weaned him off. i don't think you want to quit cold turkey.

talk to your doctor and follow the doctors advice
they say its risky behavior but i did it..I did it all the time..adderall..lexapro..zolof. used to be on all these medicines..but never wanted to take them at the time so i flat out said i wasnt going to and nothing happened but it is a good thing to do the right thing and not wean off it because what if something did happen then u would probably be wishin you hadnt weaned off of it instantly
a doctor will say that bc if it is perscribed to you then you will start feeling like you dont need it and want to go off it.doctors try to discourage that. I took myself off it over 3 months ago and altho I still get sad I am proud to say I am doing good!! You should really talk to your doctor first tho to be safe.
If your feeling bad from the drug already, then go cold turkey, otherwise ween yourself slowly. Why suffer the shakes, the "Zoloft tears", and the rest of the withdrawl sypmtoms. Remember, all the horrible withdrawl side effects do go away in a week. Keep reminding yourself that.
Don't go off of it by your self. Your body will go into shock. It depends on how many mg you are on. Talk to your doctor about this
Generally, you would think that was the idea. I've been switched back and fouth on a lot of anti-depressiants. My doctor never weaned me off anything..but I think that was because I hadn't been on those medications long and I was gonna switch to another one right off the bat. If you've been on it a while, it's probably best to be weaned off of it. You'll probably start having side effects. I'm not sure what they could be, but I wouldn't want them. Talk to your doctor about that.
Well, when I got pregnant with my second daughter, I was on a bunch of meds.I'd gotten out of the hospital a few weeks before, and was sent home on Valium, Seroquel, Zoloft, and Topamax. I stopped all of em..COLD TURKEY.and got myself chewed out by about three doctors who all told me the same thing.DONT EVER DO THAT.THAT COULD'VE KILLED YOU!! Well, I shook.and I mean, shook, almost like having a seizure, for three weeks straight. If you are considering weaning yourself off any meds, I would strongly advise against it, from my own personal experience.
Because it is an incredibly hard drug to get off by yourself, and it makes you crash hard.
