Panic issues?
Answers:
It's called a panic attack. They are really common, especially in the US for some reason. Maybe we all got too much stuff going on? The good thing is that there are some great medications to help you through them. If you don't want to go on medication, try meditating or exercising (like tennis, running, walking through a park) anything to help with stress. Most people will outgrow them eventually so it's not forever.
Please see a doctor because you really don't have to keep suffering. Good luck!
It is hard to say. Panic attacks can cause allot of different things. I would be careful & ask my Dr.
I'm the same way, and i'm only 18 and have panic disorder. I haven't had a full blown panic attack in a while but when I did it felt like I was going to faint and turned really pale. I seem to get stressed over little things and the panic really seems to come out of nowhere. I would talk to your doctor if it's interfering with your daily life! Hope you feel better, I know exactly what you're talking about.
I know exactly how you feel. You are having the classic symptoms of a Panic Attack. I had my first panic attack at 15. I am now 23, but I still occasionally have one, from time to time. The first step is to see a doctor & tell him exactly how you are feeling. This will help diagnose you. There are many different medications that are specifically used to treat Panic Attacks. The problem is that every person will respond to a specific medication differently. You may have to try a few different medications, until you find one that works for you. At least that is how it worked with me. Make sure you see a doctor and get help with this, there is no reason to feel this way if you don't have to. Treatments are available. I wish you the best.
You may have panic attacks. But it is hard to tell unless I see you in a situation during a "panic attack." Maybe if you go to my profile and e-mail me and explain it more, I'll be able to help more. Good luck! ;)
