When my wife has a headache she has a short lie down then feels better. When I do it, i have "lazyititus" Why?

I'm the same way. My wife can nap any time any where. I on the other hand, feel guilty napping. Not sure why..
Perhaps your wife should be a little more understanding. Try talking to her about the double-standard in a way that does not sound accusatory.

we get away with it cos men are so silly they believe lazyitius really exists!!
I think a lot of it is that women tend to do a lot more in the house than men. (not saying all I am generalising here)
My husband can get out of bed sit down start watching any sport and be back asleep in 10 Min's.
If I ask him to do anything I find he gives a half hearted attempt to do it so I don't ask him again.
I have been married twice and have looked after my husbands and kids too well.
If I am looking for something everyone carries on with what they were doing, if someone else in my house wants something I am supposed to know where it is even if they put it down in the first place.
I am now going to lie down because I have got a headache trying to explain. lol
