If you have agression issues, you should construct your aggression to somethng specific to concentrate on..no no silly, not a person..get a punching bag. Take out all your "energy" on that for atleast an hour everyday and wear yourself out at it, meaning give it your all.
Be conscious and aware of your attitude and temper at all times and practice to change your "natural" response, maybe a specific key phrase will help you remember what it is you are wanting to do.
If you find you still have issues, I would seek out rageaholics on your own, before a count mandate makes you so that you avoid jail time. (oops sorry a bad joke)
The biggest thing you need to do is concentrate and be aware, if you can handle that then you can handle yourself. If you are smart about your anger issues there won't be any need to do stupid things.

Hey, the good thing here is that you recognise what is happening to you and as such you are taking the first steps in getting yourself sorted out. Anger management is so important in life and we live in such an angry world, don't we? The most important thing here is that the answer can only come from within you and no one else. Go see your GP and ask for an urgent referal for anger management or go privately to a counsellor if you can afford. Anger can hurt your life and you are so aware of that . you join thousands of people out there who cannot enjoy life because of it. And to its extreme, it is dangerous in society ... be good to yourself and society by going and seeking help .. in the meantime, simply train yourself to ignore little things that inflame ... just try .. things will, in time, mellow so much. ASk yourself on every occasion why you feel hurt over life and what it brings you ... then look ahead at the anger and ask yourself did it have any point .. teach yourself to realise that in real terms, very few things happen that really hurt you to any degree .. and little by little come to terms with life and the little things that somehow are really not important ... and talk to people all the time about how you feel .. become the person that you want. Remember, thoughts and words are powerful things . they have caused so much violence in our world ... become the person that you want by taking control! Good luck ...
Try focussing on good things/happy thoughts when u feel u want t be aggressive with some one. try staying with people who make u lough, watcch comedies instead of horrors or action movies. If this doesnt hellp : anger management classes. Forget the answer on weed, thats bull **** n wont help.

Try yoga. It's a very good way of clearing the mind and if you want something a bit more dynamic, there are some pretty powerful methods out there. So you can de-stress and workout all in one go.
I know it's the last thing you want to hear, but as somebody mentioned earlier, meditation will help enormously. If you can self-train just from using some good books on the subject, then that will work just as well as finding someone to teach you. You could combine meditation with a martial art (but not an aggressive one, like kick-boxing) - I know someone who did this specifically to manage his anger.
I would also highly recommend talking to a reiki healer. You may find this very calming and it could give some very useful insights into why you feel angry. Learn to chill, think of it as self-education and enjoy the study of it.
