Answers:
Well if you had your own money then you could go about it yourself, but I assume you don't.

Perhaps a cool aunty or relative maby?

What about school? Any counsellors?

Have you tried ringing any companies like samaritans? Or any kind of crisis line, they can help you find the right way to go about it hopefully.

If worst comes to worse you have to tell your parents, maby even lie about what you really need to see the shrink about.

Im sorry I don't have any solid answer but if you really need to see one, then you have to, no matter what
Your school counseler??
If you are over 18, then you do not have to tell your parents, but if you are under 18, then you will have to have their consent to be seen by anyone outside your school.
well i would tell your parents then ask them if you can see a shrink. anyways thats what i would do!!

good luck
First of all what is your problem relationship, grades, ect second of all tell them you need to see one but dont tell them why it will work trusta me.
Talk with your school guidance counselor. They should be able to point you in the right direction. You may find it difficult to find a doctor willing to treat in minor without parental consent unless you are 16 or older...you should also find a way to get your health insurance information from your parents. The provider will need to know the plan name as well as the group number and individual policy number. Other than a school counselor, these guys are going to expect to recieve payment.
Go see a general practionner or family doctor and ask for a referral in psychiatry , nobody needs to know unless you are really young...speak to the nurse at school she will direct in the right path
Ask a freind to go to the gym, walk, or something with you just make sure your heart doesn't shrink to. lol
