Is anyone on Adderall? How does it make you feel?
I'm thinking of switching from Dexedrine to Adderall. I have tried many different ADHD & ADD drugs out there and all have their good and bad. Tried Concerta, made me zombie like; Stettera, made me mad at the world. Ritalin, could not get the dosage right. Now I'm thinking of switching to Adderall. Has anyone tried Adderall? I will ask my doctor but I think he will tell me things I already know such as stuff posted on the warning label and Adderall’s website. I am looking for real experience and I assume that my Dr. have never tried any of the ADD drugs that he prescribes. Please, can you help?

i am actualy on Adderall rite now , actualy adderall XR 25 mg , its ok , at first wen you take it , it feels like you drank a lota of coffee , after awhile of being on it , it wears off and you dont feel much differnet , it can make you loose your appetite , and keep you up at night , ive found it works best wen you have weed to smoke w/ it , other wise it just feels like too much caffine . over all its not That great , but its better then the other ADD drugs out that dont have much effect at all , im still not realy convinced ADD is real and how SPEED is suposed to help it ,but hey if you can get it then why the hell not , i warn you tho not to take it evryday or else ive noticed you can start loosing your creativity and your sence of self it can realy get draining , id recommend takeing 10-20 mg evry 7-30 days or else it just gets to be too much and you end up needing weed or somthing just to feel normal , at least thats ben my experience on it , ben on it for years now

I take adderall. At at first it made it was wonderful, but now I need a higher dose just to maintain and makes me edgy. My doctor just yesterday prescribed the ADD patch. So far I like because it delivers the stimulent more evenly. Ask about the patch and see what your doctor says. Good Luck.
Its amphetamine so it works be prepared to need something to help you sleep too. I have taken it and know several people who also take it. It can also make you get nausea if you don't eat with it. My wife took it for a awhile but the side effects killed her. She now take Dezoxsin and has found the dose. It's very expensive and hard to find. But it works for her. BTW dezoxsin is Meth-Amphetamine so she also takes a sleeping aid and she get staff infections from time to time. Serious drugs man you should use caution.
How long do you take meds before you feel they no longer work? You could try rotating your meds. Another option is taking your med for 5-6 days and skipping for 1-2. This way it will help avoid building tolerance to your drugs and rendering them ineffective.
On a personal note, I liked ritalin but I don't need to take it anymore.
Dexerine is in your head. adderal has some of the left handed amphetamine isomers in it that cause more peripheral stimulation.
In other words, adderal is in your body more.
