Violent fantasies are perfectly normal (I sometimes have the strange and sudden urge to grab blunt objects and smack people with them), but you shouldn't act on them. If it really starts to bother you, you should openly talk to someone about it, preferably someone you trust. If you talk about it with a good friend or even a therapist, you won't feel like you have a problem any more.
