What should I do to overcome dyslexia and the asperger syndrome?
I am a dyslexic teen who suffers from asperger as well. i have difficulty in socialising as well as speech, and I am an introvert. For those who understand my point of view, please share your solutions or perhaps your problems as well. Thank you.

I am an Aspie, too. Seventy years old, and was diagnosed about four and a half years ago.
Have you gone to O.A.S.I.S. on the net? That stands for Online Asperger's Syndrome Inforation and Support. They have chat rooms, and I think chat especially for teens.
I do not seem to have any difficulty socializing with strahgers, but have never really had any close friends.
I have Asperger's too! I'm an introvert and have a lot of trouble socalizing. I think you should tell your school about it, if you haven't already. Your teachers, parents and doctor will make things easier. There isn't a cure for Asperger's, but I think there is some medication for it. Hope this helps!
I think dyslexia is easier to 'cure' than aspergers. I have had dyslexic freinds who had specialized training to help them overcome it.
Aspergers i think of more as a personality type. Its actually much easier to socialize with other Aspies.
I read something somewhere where an aspie was explaining certain social rules from the aspie view vs the NT view, and the aspie view just made more sense to me -- such as valuing honesty over being polite.
You might want to see if there is an Aspergers or even Autism support group in your area that does activities for teens, or even consider starting one. I would recommend some books by Temple Grandin, but they may be written in a way thats hard for you to understand (i had a dyslexic freind who was an avid reader, but certain books he just couldnt follow)
