How do you get through the day if you hate your employer but generally dont hate your job?

try to avoid your employer and find out what he likes and place it where he'll stay out of your way.

Just be glad you have a job and zip it.
Block her out. Stay out of sight and if I have to talk to her I usually zone out about for 50% of the conversation.

Hate your employer? There's a support group for that. It's called "everybody" and they meet at the bar.
I Just work for the money could care less about any job. I don't think anyone really likes their job they just try to get through it.
Can you be transfered to work under a different boss?

Consider looking for the same position somewhere else?

Just do your job - forget about your employer. If it's that bad and you can't function well because of this person. See if you can find another job. Good Luck.

If I have felt my employer disrespected me, I have found other jobs.
Every time you run into her or him imagine the word STUPID across their forehead,or any other word which you may choose.Try it ,it really does work and you'll find yourself trying not to laugh out loud. also try to keep the mindset that they need you,you don't need them. Who nos someday you may be their boss. Anything is possible HANG IN THERE>
Make the job it self fun answer all questions by said employer yes and no and that person will get the drift that you are just not paying attention do your job
