Irritability is really getting in the way.?
My level of irratability is out of this world. I have taken allot of medications and none of them worked. I know that I need more sleep abut does anyone have any more suggestions...

You probably need to give more information. Is the lack of sleep what is causing your irritability or is it just aggravating and already existing problem?
What types of medications have you tried and who prescribed them for you? How long did you take them?
Try to stay calm all the time and drink lots of water.
Rigorous physical activity.
drop the caffeine. GET MORE SLEEP (at least 3 times a week!) excercise. drink calming teas.(non caffenated). ask for help from your friends and family if you have too much to do. they might be able to lessen your load.don't be afraid to ask for help.
see a psychiatrists they have more knowledge of mental illness and the medications that help the symptoms. You could try to see a therapist to talk about the things that are increasing your stress level. Meditation might also help.
