It effects short term memory and yes once you you kill your brain cells they dont come back. however, A Professional once explained that after 6 months of sobriety, you brain gains most of its activity in areas that were not so active while on the drug.your i.q. shouldnt be effected.to anyone who does though.stop smoking..i've been clean for a month and i feel much better, emotionaly, mentally, and physically..

yes your brain cells can never be replaced so my advice is to never start.

Not long term, but short term effects definiatly have to do mainly with "uforia", decreased reaction time, making you just plaine stoned off you're ***. and really effects the memory. But no brain cell loss.

marijuana doesnt lower your i.q but it will effect your brain cells it doesnt kill them it effects them, new studies have proven this cuz once brain cells die they never come back but it has been shown that long time users that quit will slowly start 2 improve in memory skills therefore it effects brain cells,not kill

i don't think it effects mental health, but i have an incredibly bad memory. My I.Q. hasn't changed though, and yes, you do lose brain cells from it.
