why is schizophrenia such a stigmatised disease that no one knows nothing about it?
I have had schizophrenia since age 14. Since then I have been in trouble. It is a very very deadly disease.
Answers:
Because most people equate it with being "crazy". As a former nursing student, I view it differently. I view it as a disease that must be treated so that a person can function. If you've been diagnosed and aren't on medication.you might want to see someone because you definitely should be under a physician's care.
