how long has schisophrenia existed?

I have had schizoiphrenia since age 14.

Answers:
It has probably always existed but was only identified in 1887.

It has probably existed since there have been humans, but it wasn't diagnosed until probably after Sigmund Freud began analyzing mental illness in the 19th century.
Which one of you has schisophrenia and which one has schitzoiphrenia, and do you mean schizophrenia?

I'm sure it has existed for as long as man. Christians like to call it demonic possession and scientologists like to call it nonexistent all it is, is a mental disorder. It is probably as old as the hills!
