Look up the "Negative Calorie Diet"...You will loose an incredible amount of weight and very quickly but the diet is pretty restrictive. Plus, you will gain the weight back when you come off it if you go right back to eating unhealthy. I hope this helps!
seriousley its a straight diert that means discipline just i eat 1200 calories a day but once every 2 weeks for 1 day id eat 1700 once in a while eat a small thing your craving and make sure u eat 3 meals if your body thinks ur starving it will hold all fat and u will gain weight

Drink 5-6 glass of water soon after waking up in the morning. Avoid oil, coffee, tea, icecreams, chocklates. dont eat in the night.

Dieting alone wont help. Any form of exercise needs to be performed 3 to 5 days a week. Your heart rate ideally needs to be in a certain range,fat burning range. This is 65%-75% of your working heart rate.
Working in the fat burning zone will concentrate on burning fat rather than glycogen. Heres how to work out your heart rate..
220 minus your age will give you your 100% max heart rate.so when you have your maximum heart rate, times that by 65%.
Example: Age 32. 220-32=188
188x65%=122beats a min.
Then again for 75%. this will give you a range to work in between.
This can sound very boring but the most important thing is not to lose weight too quickly. People like to see the results as soon as possible, but it's not healthy on the first place and it's not very practical in long run. Give yourself at least 3 months no matter what kind of diet you choose, and when it comes to exercises, maybe you could try with some of those Cd's where some model is guiding you. I find that helpful, because it's not as boring as when you do it on your own. I wish you good results!
cardio vascular exercise- running,gym. cut out foods with high sat fat, drink water. eat slow energy release foods such as pasta cos you eat less in the day cos you feel full. also slow energy release foods are good before exercise
