You can change that. It's all about attitude. You're probably on edge. Take a deep breath and decide no matter what you will not loose your temper. You will still loose your temper, lol, but not as often. Try counting to 10. Try conditioning yourself to wait to respond to anything. I hope this helps. I don't know how old you are, but chances are, you grew up with a parent who also lost their temper easily. You may want to have your bloop pressure checked as well. Good luck.
