What do u do when you feel trapped in your head?

I dont know how to explain it, but u feel imprisoned in your mind. If u understand what Im saying give me some GOOD advice.

Answers:
You could try to meditate, pray, get some exercise, do something that requires all of your concentration and attention (like play a video game), talk with someone about it, write down your feelings in a journal, do something creative (like drawing or painting) to help you release whatever it is inside you, etc.

Good Luck to you!

I don't know. I've never felt that way before.
But, I do get voices in my head telling me to do and think bad things. I just ignore them.
i write a poem or a letter or something
I think I would take a walk and try to clear my mind and do some deep thinking.
I'm a musician and an artist. I usually either play guitar, write a poem or create something. Just blank out the stuff that is turning me up inside.
oh yes,and you forget eveything about routine acts.
i talk in a loud voice to myself about every thing i do,
to keep functioning, and after a while i try to find funny
things to laugh about
writing it out or talking to someone is what works for me. And if I can't do that I put on my favorite music and sing a long with it to make my mind go to other things.
Pray. Talk to GOD about it. He is the only person who can release the tension. Sort things out and relax. Think about what your main priorities are and stick to them. Don't add more to your plate than you can handle. It will overwhelm you.
I try sharing it with other people. So since it's almost out, it sort of eases my head.
For me there are a few things I do.

The best thing I've ever done was play the piano and write music. Just make it up as I go. It can be kind of intense, and it doesn't necessarily always get me out of my rut right away, in fact I get super focused, but I found that it helped me deal with stuff. But I pretty much always found it very therapeutic.

Lately I play video games like World of Warcraft. I find something intense to do, like play against other players. Outsmarting people (or 'dieing' if you don't in a really intense game can take you somewhere else.

I often feel like running (I used to run all the time, it can be a very freeing feeling.)

Writing in a journal can be good.

It kind of depends what the situation is, what emotions are involved. If I'm angry doing something physical to work off extra energy helps.
