If you are doing everything that your doctors tell you to do, then relax as it is out of your hands and in the hands of destiny. Something more may be needed to be done, but you will have to rely on those who are trained to do it. Join us helpless humans.

I would speak to your doctor about this. Perhaps there's a reason to worry. If he doesn't take you seriously, find another one, and so on and so forth. I say this only because you've had many surgeries in the past and speak from experience. Just look into it.
try to distract yourself with anything you enjoy doing
relax. take it easy. it will soon pass..
watch a movie. go out with friends. call up family. write everything out to get it out of your mind. take a sleeping pill so you can sleep. reread a great book.

good luck with the operation! i'm sure everything will turn out fine.
Worry is a common reaction after surgery some studies say that the drug they use to knock you out for the surgery mixed with the pain meds after causes the body to naturally release chemicals in your system to have you worry. This is nothing to panic about but if you tell your doc your thoughts im sure he can give you a light medication to help you losen up.Valium is the most common, 5mg at tops once to twice a day. Good Luck and Dont worry so much, also try reading a book or something to get your mind off it.
Why is this one so different, anyone who has undergone 20 different operations on their mouth must be very informed on that part of their body and the procedures used by now. Good luck, I don't know what it is they are trying to correct but hopefully it includes your ability to speak English cause it's less than, well you know, right now. Maybe by the morning things will make better sense.
I am sorry to hear that. I can understand what u mean. I will pray for u and do know there are ppl like us who care for u := )))))
so is this a particularly painful operation? do they put you out completely for it? Have you talked to your doctor about your concerns?---I think that may be the place to start.nobody can give you more information than the doctor.Worry can be a spiralling cycle.you just need someone/thing to stop it.
May God Bless you...
