Is self-organization (or the lack of it) linked to memory (or the lack of it)?
Answers:
Nope. Some people are just born organized. The rest us just need to learn a few simple habits. Go to www.flylady.net to get started.
I think difficulties with self-organisation and poor memory are linked. These are all symptoms stemming from a common cause - pathways in the brain are having greater difficulty performing certain tasks than the average. Many people believe that these difficulties arise from early childhood, birth or pre-birth experiences. I agree with this. My suggestions for a way to improve these areas are 1) Awareness that there is a problem and a desire to do something about it - you are already there 2)Practices to help improve or repair the damages neurological pathways - try meditation, therapies that work with birth traumas, flower remedies that work with birth traumas, yoga exercises that balance both sides of the brain and nutrition - contact nettaalex@yahool.ie for further discussion if you like.
