I don't think anyone has ever had a baby sized poo. But having had a natural birth I should imagine it feels the same, because if I was to describe child birth, I would have to say it feels like your having a big poo!
I'm no expert on this,but I'll have to stick up for the ladies on this one- apparently having a baby for a female is like a male s****ing a four storey apartment building with TV aerials and satellite dishes sticking out, a picket fence round the bottom and all the windows are open. I was there when my lady gave birth to our daughter (now vampire goth demon from the netherworld plus expenses),and I have the fingernail marks on my wrist 18 years on.
