I think I get what you are saying. I think that you can pretty much assume that the person who does this is a moron. Truely intellingent and thoughtful people will at least look at and think about a person's opinion that is different from their own. Then they can accept it as their own or incorporate it into their beliefs or they can reject it at this point.
