What makes you happy in life and sad?
Answers:
Happiness for me is achieved with I am in complete harmony with my Mom, Dad, husband and the world. I feel like nothing could ruin my happiness and I know that if I died at that moment I would be okay with it. However, I am sad when I am not getting along with people, I don't achieve my personal goals and let the sun set on my anger. These are things that I will constantly work on in life.

Life, and everything in it, makes me happy. The only thing that makes me sad is death. I know you can't have one without the other, but death saddens me very deeply.
I think exertion makes me the happiest. Saddest would be losing people from my life.
