Nowadays, I am feeling lot of lust for sex. what is the reason. Whenever I see any girl who is very beauty that time my minds get diverted to this sex feeling. Can anybody help me out?

I think controlling sexual desire is no different that controlling any other part of yourself. I think its about what you expose yourself to and how you control your thoughtlife after that exposure. The world is trying to get as close as it can to being nude without accutally doing it. It's going to be a challenge to see all that bare skin, on loose willing and ready women and not desire them in a lustful manner. Think about it like an excessively fat person that claims they want to lose weight and can't. What advice would you give them? How do you think those same principles apply to you?
