Has anyone else been on Buspar?i took 1 yesterday and it made me more dizzy than usual.I am not going to?

take it anymore. I guess I will stay with my Xanax alone,(oh and my Beer) Does anyone else know about the water issue i discusssed in an earlier question.I dont know if all my questions are still posted or even if my name is on them. I look forward to any input!!

I had to take this med when I was pregnant because i could not take anything else. It did calm me down though and it did make me dizzy but make sure that you are eating something for it

i took Buspar and it made me more anxious maybe try ativan or try paxil.research on the net is easy try that maybe.beer and meds don't work i have tried that.maybe try meditation or deep breathing or going to your happy place when u feel anxious .also excercise seems to help me
I took buspar becuase I wanted to stop the benzos I was used to and got addicted to. The buspar didn't have any effects on me, good or bad.
