IF you live in the states you can get KAVA its great it's an herb , Canada took it off the market it is used for illegal crap If you cant get that st john wart is also great for this disorder, I would like to mention also if this isn't taken care of she will just get worse and depression will set in and this is the trail of mental illness, get her to the Dr. and demand this is taken care of now!!~!!

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that. I have similar problems from time to time. Mine are related to a special recurring incidents. It may be part of her personality. I take supplement called Seradyn which works wonders within 15-30 minutes.
The source below lists some other techniques that I use.
I hope it helps.
She needs to seek some professional treatment. Anxiety precipitates from undefined hurt, anger, fear or pity.

When you suppress your anger, when you shut down your hurt, when you hide your fear, and when you deny your pity, these actions cause anxiety. But.
hurt embarrasses you.
anger confronts you.
fear frightens you.
and pity? It's just too pathetic.
Nobody wants to see you expressing these emotions. So you stuff them down.

And who has time to 'process' them out, even if they knew how? It's so much easier to 'put them aside' or 'put it behind you' or to 'get over it'.But shuffling these emotions around so they can't be seen doesn't make them disappear.
They need to be dealt with. When you suppress or repress these four emotions, it creates many problems, not the least of which is anxiety.

If you don't release the pity, anger, hurt and fear that come up in the day-to-day living of your life, you will experience anxiety. Forever. Pills, vitaminds, herbs, drugs, etc. don't get rid of the anxiety, they only mask the symptoms.
psychological support is the best
deep breathing..down to the diaphram, can help with the immediate problem.exercise can and does reduce the problem..have used that method to reduce my stress level and battle panic attacks (years ago) for 23 years..you CAN get over anxiety attacks..takes work tho
